*** Memorial Orders: Within 1-3 days of receiving your order, we will mail you a collection kit. You will receive a shipping notification from Etsy once the collection kit has been mailed. The kit will have detailed instructions on how much, where, and how to send ashes, hair, or fur to, a collection receptacle with your order # on it, and a USPS cardboard envelope (postage not prepaid). All ashes are different; some are very light and powdery, some are very dark and clumpy. This is a result of the diet, medical issues, metal in the body (pins) and/or the cremation process. We double-sift all ashes upon receiving them, but sometimes the sifted ashes clump together in the process of infusing them in the glass under high temperature. We cannot foresee or correct this if it happens. We embrace the ashes for what they are and what they want to do - just like your loved one/pet, each one has its own unique personality...
